 From Limerick:
At the Tipperary road Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the Ballysimon Road - N24 (signposted Tipperary, Waterford). At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit continuing on the N24.
Drive for 3 miles and turn right at the signpost for Caherconlish, Mitchelstown and Hospital (R513). Keep driving for 24 miles straight through the towns of Caherconlish, Hospital, Knocklong and Garryspillane until you come to the town of Ballylanders.
We are on the left hand side of the street in the centre of the village..
From Cork:
Take the Dublin Road (N8) as far as Mitchelstown. From there take the Limerick/Tipperary road R513 and travel for 10 miles to the town of Ballylanders.
We are on the right hand side of the street in the centre of the village.
